Here is a link to the whole episode http://www.watchtopgear.org/s14e06/

My buddies Mark & LT from MetalTech flew down there to install the cage and some other parts. There's even some parts from Marlincrawler on that thing.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!

I've been itching to see this but I guess it will have to wait a few more hours. The Bossman probably wouldn't like me doing nothing for over an hour.

BTW, Mark and LT took a 25mm steering set for the  40.

Great episode. My friend watched it Sunday night and I checked it out yesterday. Our High Steer kit can be seen at 54:41, 1:07:25, and 1:12:19, and the 25mm kit survived the cruiser roll over! awesome!

Awesome episode. Too bad the cruiser wasnt able to limp the last little bit, if he'd parked it right though it may have rolled all the way to the finish line  :gap:

That looked Staged the 40 roll over, my favorite part was when they showed you the rigs when they were finished with 'simple modifications' lol. What lift did the 40 have?? I'd like to stay away from it lol

was really disappointed, they could have done much better, and they bagged on that poor cruiser the whole time, and underestimated the zuki,  i def wouldn't of picked the rover but i gota say it looked BA with the lift and big tires

it was sprung over...   its quite stable if done right and not done to a bagged out, sloppy manual steering box fj40..   i wonder what they did with the cruiser after its staged roll over down the hill...

That looked Staged the 40 roll over,

I am fairly certain the whole show is staged :yesnod:

Doesn't take away from the entertainment value though. I was happy to see the LC limping along in front wheel drive. A shame it didn't make it to the beach though. I would have preferred they roll the Rover instead :gap:

Yeah you can see the ass end of the 40 lift up just as it starts to roll forward.  And it took them along time to yell that it was rolling away!!   :shake_head:

Either way, I still the the show.

Give it about a year and a half. IIRC, that's our lag time on the new shows.

Just don't be like all the other Rover wheelers I've encountered. From my experience ALL of them are extremely rude and have ZERO patience.
