ok im just gonna post a photobucket link cuz resized pics are taking too long!!  Ive been wheelin it alot with now breakage or any problems so far.  it really sucks not having a front locker yet, but i just gotta be patient until i can afford longfields.  Its still a blast to wheel!!

thanks for the info, i will get that figured out for sure!  The trails are in the black hills of South Dakota. basically all of them are about a half our drive from my house.  anything from 3+ to 5+ rated stuff

thanks man!  im prety happy with everything. no broken pars yet, and its getting around amazingly well with no front locker.  last weekend on the trail i noticed that all of my knuckle studs and bolts were loose, but none of them broke!  thats really the only problem so far

yeah it would be sweet if you could make it up again!  my dads rig is at my house now and its getting quick progress!  three link up front is almost finished, I just have to build some new shock hoops.  thats basically the only fab work left on the 3 link.  then we gotta finish mounting the new cab and then tube out the front

i already have tubes under the front fenders.  i might do something outside in the rear but im not sure yet.

   I just did a sas on my truck and thought real hard about doing a link set up instead of the leafs.  After looking at your build and flex i with i would of done a link system  Sick truck!!

leaf springs will get the job done and are waaay cheaper, but i deffinately love the link setup better.  more travel, more predictable, better approach angle and less stuff to hang up on.  I am very happy with it so far!

Engine runs great!  havnt had any problems at all

Well i took it out wheelin on labor day and broke another set of MC 4.7 T-case gears.  This is really starting to bother me.  i was climbing a 2 foot tall log with one front tire and the gears gave way!!  if you ask me, MC has some serious issues to deal with on this product.  i have been breaking them rediculously easy.  my rig wasnt bound up, or even trying to climb that hard, and i was  just letting it idle and crawl!  didnt even use the HP my engine has.  I called them and Joe in tech says they will warranty them, then i talked to Nickolas in sales and he says they wont warranty them   these guys are already pissing me off.  the second set of gears were brand new two months ago.  they probly had 6 trailrides and 50 miles on them   needless to say im angry.

Im going out to pull the case and tear it apart right now........... pics to follow
