I broke out a little brass peice that has 2 small holes in it. Then the drill bit just slid all the way through, so that wasent needed. I just ran it and it works great. No sqeeals from the pump.

Are you and kent still thinking about going in on a gooseneck hitch?  If that doesn't work out i can alwasy tow it with either my truck and kents sami on it or your truck and kents sami.  i won't tow it with 2 toyotas though.  save you guys a little money.  we gotta look at the tire before hand though and make sure they are ok.  but we will need to get a new spare since it has a leak in it.  it will be anywhere from $50-100.  it would actually work out better for me to tow that, then i won't have to rush to get new axles under my trailor.  I'll talk to kent about it.

I dont know about that. So your saying you will tow the goosneck with a sami and a toyota and then kent could tow your truck on his trailor? That would be better because we wont have to buy that hitch and i will throw in on a spare for it. That sounds good to me.

ya, i just talked to him.  gonna put kents sami in the front and mine on the back.  your toy will go on kents trailor.  i think im gonna put my truck on backwards so the ramps will fold up against my tires and inbetween the tubes.  any other way and we would have to take them off.  hows the rocker guards coming?

Awsome! Sounds good i talked to him last night. That will save me a lot of money. We could just split the price of gas now and buy a spare for the trailor.

I finished the rockers last saturday so i will post them up. Now im ready to do the main hoop and fenders and get this exo under way. I want to have it done before the hammers trip in april.

This is my first time bending tube and i like how these came out. Its not as hard as i thought it would be. Im using a jd2 bender and 1.75" .120 wall HREW. 100 feet ready to go.

Thanks guys, im getting better at this tube bending and last weekend with the help of brad i got it started. Started with a 2 peice main hoop. I added some wrap around to the rear bumper for my fender tubes to mount to and braced them to the frame. Bought some new treads also. 37x12.50.15 Iroks. Lost a little bit of width now that im running 15x8's. I like them and overall from my 36's i had they sit 1.5"s taller.

Ill get some better pics when i get internet back at home

Those are the tubes i already had bent for the rear. I made them fit, had to cut and splice one side.

i am about to do my hydro asssist and wanted to copy you tie rod mount design.  i was just wondering if you have had any problems with the
u-bolts sliding on the tie rod?.  i mean does the ram have more power than u bolts can hold? thanks
