30's are the only way to go! Thanks dig and Duffil. I put a lot of work and hours into this truck and its really coming along. Im 19 and iv been building it sense i was 17 and learned just about everything on my own. This weekend i put the front axle back together with new rubber and felts that i had from the rebuild i kit i bought months ago from marlin :turtle:. Locker is in and air line and silenoid is set up, i just need to wire the switch and find a place to mount it....if anyone has an idea of where show me. I got KC fog slimlites to mount on my front bumper and wire up
The paint is hammered black, took like 7 cans and it was windy the day i painted it and its all splotchy and ugly. That paint it tough stuff though. Im going to paint it again and im thinking of doing the camo flat SAND color...and get the camper top painted to match too.Post more pics up later

if you look in the toyota section on pirate there is a thread somewhere between page 2 and 8 I think that is called "lets see some clean switch and guage installs" and it has some clean setups in there for your truck

Wow....its been months sence i last posted on my build thread. I have the OBA all set up and the arb works great. The steel cable for the winch got mashed up after a couple uses so i went with a 100feet of amsteel blue synthetic, heavy hook and crush proof thimble eye from www.winchline.com Very nice rope. Did some 3wheelin and got some body damage to the bedside. Thinking of doing a a nice flatbed tube cage setup. Have some pretty sick ideas on how im going to make it. Thats later but for now i might bob the bed 8 inches and might dove tail it to get it out of the way. Making a set of half doors soon also. I will try and remember to post new pics
Thinking of getting new treads. The iroks are about 50% and i really like the 37" MTRs. I might get a set soon.
I have started the traction bar. Its a ladder style and im using a 4" shackle where it mounts to the frame with a flex joint.I will get pics when its done.

Got some really nice doors for the winter and whenever i dont want half doors on. Im going to use my old set of doors for half doors. I want to try and get these done before MCR5! Im going this year for sure!! You can see i got some nice body damage to the bedside. Im not too worried about it, my plans are to build a tube flatbed this winter.

Used a factory toyota fog light switch for the KCs, ARB switch and the switch in the middle is for the compressor. Bought a new Alpine deck. Its super nice and sounds great with the 6x9s in the doors.

Its not the arb unit its the Superflow MV50. Like 60$ off ebay. Heres a write up on it i did http://board.marlincrawler.com/index.php?topic=21715.0

I just made a 2air system that connects 2 tires at one time when you air up so they will both have equal pressure when your done. I will post pictures of it tomarrow. Im going to time how long it takes to air them up with the comp. tomarrow from about 10psi to 27psi.
