I started on the hydro tonight; got everything undone except the box since it's
WELDED TO THE FRAME!!!!! 
What else... re-did the negative terminal end and ran a second ground to the engine, cleaned off the sliders (they were oily...), drank a beer or five and stared at the IFS box in disbelief. Another thing I noticed was the bumper bracket on top of the frame is hitting the steering box; I'll notch/cut/trim it when the box is out.
Oh, and get this: even though the box is welded to the frame it still had 3 bolts on it; a 17mm, a 15mm and a 9/16" nut and bolt. The 17mm goes into the frame but is stripped out... super awesome fun time action time is here!
And the torque bar was chopped off but the frame mount is still there. Dang it, if you get rid of something get rid of ALL OF IT!!!!
