95 mph in first is actually slow for a liter bike. My old cbr 1000RR went 109 in first and my old zx10 went 114...

Are you concerned that the hose clamps are going around the air filter hose and intercooler hose will cut through eventually?
I'm jealous! I need an intercooler.  :snare:

I bought a stainless log style exhaust manifold for 2 bills off eBay haha. I'll show you guys when it comes in the box. the one I built cracked real bad finally. I need to make a good brace to hold the weight of the turbo that's what made it crack for the most part

I'm still running an internal waste gate so I made a cap for the wg flange on the manifold. currently runnin 8 psi with my setup using a boost controller I bought off eBay then altered the spring in it a bit. more pics on that soon. the truck is pullin super hard with the current setup still havnt dynoed it or got to see what kind of numbers I'm gettin but I'm guessing somewhere between 150-200 hp. motor runs like a top still it was freshly rebuilt when I started boosting it. it has stock head studs and gasket hoping to change that soon while I'm ahead. don't really see any reason to make anymore power. I couldn't be happier with the power I have right now pushin big tires. for a budget turbo build it turned out really good. now once in awhile throw a little money at her and upgrade as I go. would like a tuner that controls timing but the one I have does its job.
