My fuel Eco has been between 10 and 15 mpg but I haven't bečn runnin top notch but I just put the walbro in and I got rid of my stumble off the line and have good acceleration all the way through. Now I have to take away fuel with the maf calibrator cause in too rich now. So either you can get more out of the pinks with the walbro 255 or my stock pump wasn't pumpin what it was suppose to again. I didn't even test it I just slapped the walbro in cause I new I needed more fuel. Time to pump the boost up and fine tune it now that I have enough fuel for ptobly ten psi without bigger injectors.

It's nice to finally have my setup accelerating right. It's pretty much the first time since I turboed it that it actually takes off all the way to 80 without missin a beat. Now I need some bigger injectors and some other goodies depending on how she runs and what I think it needs to stay happy.

I think it's guna have a lot to do with havin er tuned
Right to get the best mpg. I wasn't gettin the best mileage before the turbo so it's about the same, with 430 gears and big tires I actually think the extra power works to my Ben. Don't have to push the pedal as much anymore. Idk. I'm guna try and monitor my mileage a little more and see where it's at now.

I'm now looking to buy either the 440cc or 550cc injectors from lce. Might as well get big ones so I can pump up the boost if I want. I can always pull fuel out while running lower boost. My truck already hauls major butt with the walbro now I can't wait to see what it does once I put some big injectors with the bigass fuel pump.

Yes sir. I got confidence in this setup finally. It feels dam good. In my mind I wasn't gonna be happy til I knew I could blow the doors off a 3.4 now I know I can do that with ease so I'm finally feelin the extra hp I was intending to get with a turboed motor.

I just got a factory style replacement through a parts warehouse through work. Install this to get by but I really been wantin a puck clutch, anyone ever ran one. I wonder if they grab hella good or what

Hell yeah! Ive ran a few, they are like ON or OFF.... like a light switch but man they hold! I have the marlin 1800 super HD competition ceramic in the runner mated to an LCE 35lb flywheel. Just got it bolted back up tonight for good!!!

For another 100 bucks I could have a marlin hd clutch. I didn't really prepare for this.  Whatev. Ill see how much abuse a factory motorsports warehouse clutch can take then I'll go marlin

I'm buying injectors before I get a fancy clutch. The cheap one I got is just fine, I been doin some pretty decent burnouts and cookies so I'm happy

I had to make a boost controller to get above 6 psi, the wg on the t3 I'm using has a pretty light spring in it. Now with boost control I can go higher than I even need right now. I'm gettin it dialed in right around 10 psi. The tune I've been building the last two weeks seems to handle the change in pressure but I had to add a little fuel in the higher pressure areas

All I did for boost control is put a valve on the line from the compressor housing and the wastegate, but it had to be a valve you can adjust in small increments, ill have to get a pic of the one I used. It's a gate valve. The shutter moves up and down to close the passage off. The more you close the valve the more boost it takes to open the wastegate, causing less exhaust to escape and spooling the turbo harder and making higher boost. The only thing about my homade valve setup up is if the valve is closed all the way it makes too much so I've just been pkayin with it from barely open to about half way open.

Just a gate valve? I thought you needed to use something like an adjustable vacuum presure regulator? I would like to see a picture of the one you are using.

Ill get a pic up. There's a few different ways from what I've seen to do a boost control. Like I said if I close my valve too much I'm lookin at uncontrollable boost spikes. I will probably get a valve that sees vaccum and or pressure cause I think that's important to fine tune your boost number. I'm still pretty new to all this so be careful if you try what I try. I have done research on boost controllers and have seen guys do it the way I did but they drill a hole in their valve so air can bleed off, I need to look back into this cause it's pretty Important. I'm cranked up to 10 psi with the help of the boost controller but it gets there very fast and I'm wondering if the bleeder hole has something to do with smoother slower spool. I'm guna google homemade boost control.
