Before I started this i searched for some trim jobs, most of them were rounded not squared. Now i know why, i had to do more cutting and patching with sheetmetal than I would have if they were round.

After laying out the lines with tape, i cut the pinch welds off. then cut the body so i could use as much as I could of the inner fender after bending it and re welding it. I pulled everything out the rear storage area (atleast I thought I did) I found a bottle of PS fluid with the cut off wheel.

It's been awhile since I've done much on my rig. I took it to the snow last weekend, I didn't take many pics though. I have been busy with work the last couple months, I finally starting to get some parts stocked up, hopefully I will get time to work on it...

Yeah I'm just finishing off the bumpers and extending the sliders for now. All the current tube work was from the previous owner. I am going to re do the cage closer to summer. Hopefully. Baby steps...

I'm down. I hoping to get a few trips on this summer.

I got a few hours of work done today. I am re-doing the front bumps. The other ones were way too hard! The new ones mount different and were a different size.  I got one side done today, built the new mounts and plated the top of the spring perch.

I got the front bumper finished off today. It's a pain in the ass trying to get everything straight by yourself but I think it came out pretty good. I also extended the sliders about 4" per side. It was a lot of work for a few inches. But it's better this way.
