Looks great!

Now where did you get those misalignment spacers?

I got the most of the 4-link parts from Poly Performance...the SS high misalignment spacers give me an extra 12 degrees of deflection...

Poly performance has some nice brackets and tabs for 4-link suspensions...
the upper axle mounts are made to use any 2 5/8" wide bushing or a heim joint and 2 misalignment spacers...
a very clean and functional set up...

I think the key to any 4link setup front or rear is the ability to have some adjustability...
I'll be using this upper link mount ...

locktup when you set up links on all these trucks are you running the #s through a calculator or just going for the most triangulation and vertical seperation?  just curious they all seem to work very well
It's almost the same as the rear. But a lot different  :smack:.

after reading all the info I could about 4 links,Locktup and I both agreed there is no one way to build a link suspension...there are a few basic principals I believe you  need to have to make it work..
1)links should be as flat and parrallel as possible..
2) lower link as long as possible
3)upper link 65-75% of length of lower link..
4)vertical separation should be at least 6" ...(tire size x .25 is a good place to start)
with all that said, vehicle weight, lift, tire size, center of gravity, wheelbase and many other factors all contribute to a good working suspension...both my rear and front 4 link have an adjustment on my upper links to really make it all work properly.
...I'm looking forward to ramping my Toy this weekend and see how it all works together.....

it's a LC Engr. 22RE Stroker motor with the SDS fuel managment system.....no distributor...no funky
OEM fuel stuff to mess with...185 HP and a ton of low end torque....this motor should do the trick...

Looking good snohman.

It won't fit in the trailer with 42" TSL's but will with 42" iroks?  What does each tire measure?

it's not a height thing...but a width thing...Swampers are 15x42 and Iroks are 14x42..
most trailers are 82" width between the wheel wells...I needed the extra 2"...my front
width was about 83"..the tire change should put me right in between... :crossed:
