Yeah you should totally come up to my neck of the woods (Chico) and hit the highlakes with me. Last time I planned a run there were a bunch of people there. FIREBALL, bigbluewillys, RHG, kiyul4130, me, my bro, a friend, and that actually mighta been it. Either way that trail is pretty fun. Its not the most hard but its a fun trail. I guess it even got Marlins approval (said FIREBALL).

I(Rick & I) bent up some tubing yesterday with my old manual tubing bender..still does some nice bending..
I backed it out this morning for some fresh air..

I bent up a radiator hoop and ran some new tubing along the fender lines to be able to mount the fenders back on..remounted
the hydro steering cooler and made a few new places to mount my propane mixer and my coil and igniter..

todays work will be to sand and paint all the bare tubing...hopefully mount the fenders back on..

did you save any weight doing that?  I am thinking of doing something like that cuz my core supports all smashed and cut up. Looks good though

actually it probably added a little weight...the sheet metal is light and the tubing much heavier but alot stronger..it's a trade off..it looks alot cleaner as well..

I really have wanted to rewire the whole truck so today was the day, I gutted the entire dash and engine compartment.took out about 40
lbs of crap out of the cab and dash area..

I know you have to finish your truck and I needed to get the engine compartment finished. :help: ..times running out.the wiring is going to be ugly and you know what a tard i am on wiring....I was hoping to still bring it buy this coming weekend for the warranty work and a few other things...i'll call you on monday. :hammerhead: quit working so much for that hack company(SBC)

yea...i'm gonna run it until it breaks....the motor has only got 15k on the rebuild and runs strong..
I like to think about 150 HP...someday maybe...

ordered my new switch panel from 12 volt guy...very sweet...I ordered the  comp. panel with the
8 switches prewired,Led's,push button start and a very cool winch control to operate the winch from the cab..

I wouldn't attach your winch to the exo. You may pull the exo off the truck  :thumbs:

yea...I thought about that...I think your welding skills should hold the exo together..I did reinforce everything you welded..Hopefully,I'll never have to find out what part of the exo comes off  :reg:

I've had my winch for three years, never used it except to pull Casey105's front bumper out.

I'm running 15x10 Allied Beadlocks w/2" BS on my 42" TSL's swampers now...I'll be switching up the rims to 15x12 and running the 15x10 on my new IROK"S..The panel is SWEEEEET for sure...I got the panel from the 12 volt guy...www.12voltguy.com...    has all types of switches and panels..check him out..tell him snohman sent you...
