please make that as leak free as possible.  It seems like every full hydro rig I see on the trail is just spewing fluid all over the place and it really ruins the look of a nice rig.

i know that setup wont be leaking due to the fact that bill (aka welder boy) hooked him up..very nice rig snoman.
91 std pick up,3.4 swap, R151w/doubled up 4.7 in the rear, twin sticks, FROR x member,Marlins 4"sas w/ a 85 SA, high pinion ARB, 30 spline longs,chevy rear w/ ARB's and sitting on 36 iroks w/ beadlock speciality wheels

I'm positive this hydro system wont be leaking anytime soon...Bill(aka welder boy)has done all the fab work
and his work is sweet and very clean...it's nice to find someone like Bill who know's his shiat about hydro components.thanks for the positive feedback about my rig...It's been fun building it over the years and now is a very capable rock crawler with help from people like Bill... :beerchug:

yea...that fabricated steel knuckle on my 60 is the BEEF...the grade 8 bolts are massive and on a Hammers scale of 2.8%....... blood alcohol. ..lol..the knuckle and studs are near indestructable...Welder Bilt sells them for dana 60 axles and are bulletproof as you can see by the pic...it's a must with big tires and hydro steering...
It's not even fair to even compare to my old Toy front end..I will be attending the Tinbenders jambo in April.I think i'm signed up for wrecking ball with a few of my friends...we're planning on hitting all the trails this year.............stop on by and we'll have

Well...I got the Toy home last nite...The hydro steering feels very nice and everything came out very sweet..It's nice to be able to turn
so easy in 4 low with 3 PSI in the tires and do it with ease.The hydro steer will take some getting use to as it does'nt come back to center like a normal steering box.here's a few pics of the finished installation. :biggthumpup:

The old bump stops were torched off and some new "hard" rubber stops put in it's place.The bump stop is set at 2 1/2".. :yesnod:
