no, i have the two biggest thing to buy, coil overs and front axle shafts.  not to mention longfield u-joints, rotors, hubs, calipers and brackets.

dude, DONT buy shafts. make it to the round up. callens been flogging his 60 with stock shafts on 42s and its been fine. i know you dont want to short cut it but wheel it then get some shafts afterwords. make it to the round up this year, its going to be floppin' sick! those shafts will laugh at your 40s for awhile.

no, i would have to buy new u-joint for the shafts anyway since the ones i have are crap.  i have seen a front stock 60 snap pretty easily with 40's before, i know callens been running his pretty hard but i just don't trust them.  and either way i won't make it to the round-up with this truck, shocks aren't going to be present for awhile either.

Doof

o well... the shake down run is going to be sick as :bumpinbutts:

The start of my diff cover.

just going back a ways in your build. i liked how you did your cover. i wanted to break it like the way you did but just did the mohawk instead down the front where the ring gear would be and then based everything else off that. they look the same all welded/grinded. i still have all my templates that are clean. i was thinking of doing a passing it along thing online for making covers. just a thought, anyways......

I wouldn't mind having a copy of the design.  I might built one someday.

Hyena

they are super easy to build.  the problem is getting them to stay flat.  mine warped a little since i welded it inside and out also.   before i put it on i had it machined flat.  yours turned out pretty good kiyul!
