It only cost me 200 for my spindles up front and new axle shafts for the rear Superior 9" 35 cromo shafts for the rear at 500 i think and the outer flange I can't remember.  I know its not cheap but it was cheaper than getting 2 sets of beadlocks.

what all needs to be done with the frnt 60 to get it under the rig so you have an 84 extra cab ridin on 60's?

Ramrod

Doof

this goes way back to your yota axles when you shaved it and put the drain lug on top...but how long did it take you to shave it, and move the plug? i was thinking about doing that. and since my :pokinit: is my DD i would have to plan it out carefully

everything basically

was it the one in the pictures from above?

Hyena

It took me a couple weeks since i did it in school as a big project..  not sure how long it would take total.  it wasn't too hard.  you could get it done in a weekend easily.  and for the xle pretty much ya everything has to be done.  i have the gears and the toy/60 flange already.  i need to order the spool and then i can get the gears installed.  With all the cutting i need to do to it at work it will be awhile.  i need to build the dif cover also.

Doof

right o- thanks

are you going to make the diff cover like you did for the rear? that was sick

Hyena

I am making a whole new one for the front.  plasma cutting a ring and piecing everything together out of 3/8's plate i think.

I won't be running gears in the front axle so all i need is a flat diff cover.

Doof

is that just to mock up or some new wheelin technology that you came up with?

Jud

I think it's for the frame of the diff cover.

I based it off the old cover.  the flange is 5/16's and the rest is 3/8's.  should be strong enough.  ordered the TG filler plug so it should be here tomarrow.

Ramrod

sick, did I call you the other night?
