Hay i am about to order one for my runner, I found it at the Winch Depot for $285 and free shipping. Cant beat the price and its somewhat of a trusted name with it unlike HF. Doesn't 4wheelparts own smittybuilt now?

And i ordered toy/60 flanges yesterday from Inchworm.  ordered 5.38's gears and install kits front and rear today.  Dutchman rear 35 spline cromo axles i will order tomarrow.

Awesome, looks like you're gonna K.O. the rear pretty quick. Are you going disk on the rear?

No, i am going top keep the drums.  there is no reason to go disks since they don't have as much stopping power as drums anyway.

did a little work to it today.  cut a 1/2 inch lip off the bottom, made the dif guard, and wire wheeled then pressure washed the whole thing.

Ya, i bent it in the break and then beat it to fit.  then put a custom bend in the end to keep the angle of the bottom of the diff.  turned out pretty good.  i was pushed for time so it didn't come out as good as i wanted it to.
