is is easy.  i am not sure what is wrong with yours.  i can't turn it with one finger but i can turn it with one hand easily.

Hyena

just ordered these to help out with the links.  im so freaking tired of making :pokinit: so i am buying it now.  so i won't be able to link it now for another 2 weeks.  the tubing is coming in on monday.  getting it for $9.25 a foot  :)  smoking deal for 2 inch .250 wall.

Those link mounts are sick. Have you planned it out with the 4-link calculator yet? Or are you just going to wing it?

no calculator for me.  Jason knows what he is doing.  make them as trianulated as possible, uppers must be about 70-80% the length of the lowers.  keep them parallel and as flat as possible.  i have plenty of room to work with under there.  i never believed much in that calculator.

and working in a welding shop does have its advantages.

Yota4life

Hey i dont know if i am going to go to greenhorn. I hella want to but i also want to get some tube work done....Maybe i will go up there and head home when it gets dark....I dunno

i was always scared to do links because everone talks all sufistcated and :pokinit:, but that statement is basicly all i wanted to know. cool thanks for the info i am going to link mine now. it's amazing that in all of the articles that i read i never got that out of them. and are you still going to put a bend in your lower links.

Hyena

O ya, i might be putting together a rear disc brake setup here shortly.  having some brackets cut for the rear axle that work with toy rotors and calipers.

Greenhorn is a big riverbed.  with trails going up the sides of the hills surrounding it.  I fallowed the river for a few miles.  there were some deep spots.

I don't know man, i'm 17, never been on any run's, not a member of any organized groups or whatever, we'l see.

How did your new tires and steering work?

Hyena

haha, i was 18 last year when i went, what a trip for sure!  the tires and steering worked great, no problems at all.  well, there was smoke coming from the engine compartment for a good 30 minutes.  couldn't find where it was coming from.  it went away and all is good now.  steering squeels just a little mostly when turned hard.  not that big a deal.  tires hooked up better then my MTR's in the dirt/mud hills.  took a lot of power away though.  it doesn't drive at all in regular anymore.  looks like it is low all the time.
