thats weak no MCR, but understandable... good luck finishing the house.

especially since we didn't actually make it for the event last year, we finally got to the springs when everyone was getting ready to crash. But even if it weren't for the house project with diesel prices as they are there is no way we could make that long a trip this year.

IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

He already scrapped it...

 I am sure he's probably regretting that now. It would have been easier just to modify it for the new front end.

cause when he installed the Toyota turbo diesel he had to make the engine bay longer,  so he cut  the  front clip and extended it 6 inches,   not sure why he didnt just modify  the cage  :screwy:

The exo was pretty banged up, but yea, it would have been easier to repair it than have to make a new one. Also the tubing was flattened out because it was pipe and done on a HF bender.

But now the Tellico trip is off, at least we're not going, so there is plenty of time for Mark to do it the way he planned and not to have to worry about rushing this.
