So...def looks like you are making progress on the house!

  he was going to start on it but we have to clear everything out of the living room for him to be able to do what he needs to do, and everything that is in the living room had been relocated to the LBC.
Since we are going to WV in another month, rather then load everything in the LBC and have to take it out again in a month, AND because there are mountains to drive up there as well, we decided this on last fab was the way to go first.
Life is like a bowl of beer flavored chocolate covered dog turds.. it makes no sense. :pokinit:

Where is the Mammoth?

NOW THATS PIMP!
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

Sorry......
I was just had a moment of shock there.... The question was: Are you going to run the 42's on the toy axles until you get some sort of portal setup?

It's a perfect plan.  If nothing breaks then excellent, if it does break if often changes the definition of "afford" and budget considerations.

I met a guy this AM driving a Mog with 46" Goodyears that he said he got from the Army Surplus for about $750 for five including shipping.  It was a sweet rig.
1989 4Runner: Dual Ultimate (Inchworm front & Marlin 4.70 rear), Marlin Twin Stick, 1200-lb clutch, 4.88 R&P, Aussie Front, Detroit rear, 30-spline Longs, Long hub gears, ARP hub and knuckle studs & 35x12.50 Cooper STT PRO tires.  Marlin rear bumper & sliders.  FROR front bumper.  SAS with Alcan springs & Rancho 9000XL shocks.  Budbuilt Bolt-on traction bar.  Custom Interior Cage by Those Guys Rod and Customs.

a 4 1/2" thick radiator would be more than enough for the willy lol. but better to overkill than not enough.

Time to sprout wings my good man cause the fun begins now.

I understand these fit a Mazda something, the core is the exact same size as the Explorer V6 except it is 3" narrower. Which turned on its side means no more clearance issues with the steering.

Less the tanks and trimmed down to get the cores as close as possible.

No, just on the hwy at speed up hills. That is if you call 225* hot.  On the trail has never been a problem. Seems the diesels produce a lot more heat then the gas engines and I have very little space for a proper sized radiator, well that is till now.

yep, diesels are hotter than gassers when a load is put on them :yesnod: . unloaded they will take forever to get to operating temp though.

:headscratch: With the 42's onthe driver's side, and the 38's still on the passenger side,as in the picture, makes me think you are trying to increase the pucker factor for the Mrs.!!! :yikes:

 :hahaha: :hahaha: :hahaha:

Nope, just lucky that I could figure out how to chop them on the driver side.  I would spend another 4 hrs trying to figure out how to do the other side with Photo Shop.  :shake:

Anyway I got the two cores welded together.   :yikes: :scared: That was a tight spot to put a weld and the tubes are right there and they are very thin so one slip and they would disappear.

so, are you going to make custom tanks for the radiator, or do you have some lined up that fit?
