Best part of that is it spools at idle unlike the other engine.

:slap: I figured the engine was in for good, what I meant was the wiring.  Upon seeing the pics/videos however, I would hope not. :haha:

That thing sounds like it's turning pretty high when You rev it, Mark.  What's redline on that thing?

I believe it is around 5000 rpm.

Time to start modifying the radiator. There isn't room for the fan unless I extend the hood and fenders moving the grill forward 2".

I can't do that cause the pitman arm will hit the radiator tank, so, I removed the fan and am installing the electric fans.

I also need to rework the radiator by removing the baffle in the one tank making it a single pass again and moving the lower outlet to the other side.

BBL for another update.

Mark found a new tool for being rushed to the emergency room...  :yikes:

 :haha:

OK so he didn't cut his finger off, yet. But he was trying us the cutoff wheel to modify the aluminum radiator and it was doing nothing but getting bunged up.
So he found this...

damn! where is the guard for the die grinder? that would scare me.... i had the guard off my angle grinder before, and it kicked back, shot the grinder at my chest, and climbed up my chest and over my head, luckily it pulled itself out of the socket or i would have been in major trouble, the shirt has a big hole in it now....

No worries, mates. He has successfully sliced up the radiator and is patching it back together.

OK... the radiator is in with electric fans, he ran it for a while to check it's cooling abilities. He said it got up to about 190 @ about 3000 rpms. We won't know more till we can finally test drive it.

It fits well without having to modify the front end ~WHEW~.

He's got the wiring through the fire wall and the brain is now permently mounted.
