hey im gettin closer,   my 84 front axle is in, well the left hub aint on but its going on in the morning,      the 2wd S10 springs are looking great in the front spring pack,  i might put the 2nd leaf from the S10 pack in my rear :dunno:  cant wait to get it back on the road wwoooooooohhhooooooooooooooo

not a thread jack and I don't feel like reading 20 pages of this thread.  I'm in DFW and am part of a local Toyota only club www.toyotatrailriders.com  all you have to have is a Yota and 4wheel drive of course the member ship fee's too.   We wheel  all over and have adopted a trail at BMRA.  a good group of people!   IN the mean time keep on web wheeling!   :biggthumpup:

its ok, still had a great time. did u find out what happened to ur truck? i discovered a problem with mine other than worn out suspension, a very bad exhaust leak. when i went through the water my engine sucked some in through the exhaust, eliminated my torque. gave me a hard time gettin rollin again, had to play with the clutch hard core.

Oh and I did find out what was wrong wih te 85 its the starter and ignition coil they oth have a crack in it :yikes:

loved the den, great variety of terrain and difficulty.
sounds like u've got some pretty simple work to do swampy, just remove the old ones and put new ones on.

i'm not sure, having to do some major work to my truck right now. discovered what my front suspension problem is, glad i havent taken it to a shop to get it fixed 'cause they would have declared it totaled. front crossmember, that holds my lower and upper control arms is completely broken away from the frame, hit a dog on the highway comin back from abiline, made the problem really apparent. should have it fixed in a few days, just got alot of weldin to do, i'll post pics asap.

I was just yanking you guys chains, since we can't use the clear option right now I was manually clearing this thread and I noticed that there was only 3 people posting for the first few pages. I used to think there were lots of newbie's posting up and found that it was just the locals using it for thier own little chit-chat thread. :beerchug:
