broke the ring gear and said hell with it on fixin it, i didnt want to drop anymore money into the ifs. and from then on my wallet has been empty, the only parts im waiting on is a seal kit for the new front and some 36's, im gunna swap it the weekend after finals, if anybody would like to join me

pulled it apart today,  #3 piston scuffed in the cylinder,  bad oil 
DO NOT USE WALMART OIL

anyway i need a new piston, rod and main bearings and possible a new oil pump  and gaskets

not to bad,  it was 12 noon when i went out the door to the shop,  opened the hood and started,  at 1:45  i was showing my dad my #3 piston   

arthritis is hurting so bad i cant pick my nose but

hey 79coyotefrg my tranny just went out and i need one before the run in gilmer, do you know anybody that has one lying aroung that they would like to part with, or if anybody knows anything that could help me out that would be great. i know i can get one from marlin but i dont really have the $$ to purchase such a fine piece of workmanship right now, and every junk yard around here wants even more than a rebuilt marlin. help would be much appreciated.

replied to your email, its a forward shift. my dad works for a shipping company so im not worried about shipping cost, just as long as somebody is willing to ship.

91 super yoda.  i have an '84 tranny but i don't think i can get it out before jambo.  i think it is an L52.  I have been wanting to pull the w56 out of my '88 and put it in but also need to replace my clutch and would like to do it all in one shot.  make an offer and tell swamper to call me cuz i don't have the internet.

sry guys just got back from a skiing trip in UTAH, visiting my parents. got to do a little off roading up there but i was in my mom's heep, it couldn't climb if its life depended on it. my dad's 2003 taco 2wd could climb better than the jeep could, in 4 low.
