My girlfriend ordered me a 35 lb flywheel from LCE!!!!  Been sellin some parts and my heeler pups so I'll be able to order up some more engine stuff to get this 22re together! After I get the 88's 3.0 rebuilt this week and header/exhaust done on my 93 all my extra time will be going into my runner! I'm ready to tear into this thing so I can have a stout/reliable rig to wheel this summer!

hey twistedtoy....  i have a 3/4 drop pitman arm from sky that i might be able to sell ya for alot less than a new one.  i have a flat one that i might use in the new build.  I will check to see if the flat one will work for me tomorrow

That'd kick ass! Let me know, I'm not in a big rush since it'll be a few months before this things drivable again I'll be doing my steering and suspension stuff before I really get into the engine since I have almost everything I need. Hoping to drop the ride height down a couple inches while I'm at it.

going to be moving the front axle forward more so I clear the fender well, dropping the front shackle back into the stock frame location, then setting up the 63's to match the front end. be nice to do all the front end work with the engine out of it!

Well I finally ordered ENGN BLDRs Street/RV head, LCE dual valve springs w/chromoly retainers and LCE intake and exhaust stud kits.
Now I must gather the following for the engine:
-ARP head studs
-Toyota factory HG
-Clevite engine bearings
-0.040'' pistons/rings
-LCE adjustable cam gear
-LCE Pro Torquer Camshaft
-Rocker arms
-Valve adjusters
-LCE Pro oil pump
-LCE Intake tube/filter kit
-NGK Iridium Plugs and wires
-LCE 35 lb billet flywheel
-Marlins SHD 1800 lb ceramic clutch

sure did, but he cant source the dual valve springs anymore so I got LCE dual springs with chromoly retainers, LCE intake and exhaust stud kits. here is a few pics:

well I got the springs on the front of the 92, swapped the runner rears onto the 92 for temporary mobility and I am ALMOST done installing the 63's on the runner. cut my sky brackets off the 92 and modified them (shortened, boxed them in, drilled out for 18mm bolts) and frenched them into the frame. Im really happy with the way it turned out. I had to run home and make the gf dinner then I came back to the shop to get the hangers done so I can push the b*stid out of the shop so they can use the lift tomorrow. I will get the bushings pressed out and install the daystars with 18mm holes, weld on the JJ shackle hanger and maybe start dinkin around on the cage. Next weekend I will get the metal to box the rear of the frame, build a new front hanger, plate the steering box and front of the frame. Im really diggin this plasma I will post pics up when I get home.... almost 1:00 am and I still have another hour or so of work to do so I'm outtie!

frenched hangers look good!  how much did that lower the ride height?

well i havent had time to finish the rear shackle hangers yet so its resting on the frame, but I would estimate a good 3-4'' all said and done! Ill get pics this weekend of the ride height after I finish the front. I also installed my dual valve springs. I'll update pics later.

better valve seating and handles up to 8500 rpms with .550'' lift. both of which I'll never see!

well didnt do jack on it this weekend, last week burnt me out. Headin to get some 2x6 tubing for the front hanger, some 3x3 tubing to box the rear of the frame and a 4x4 sheet of 1/4'' for frame reinforcement and whatnot. Tool guy is getn me a nice auto darkening welding helmet and gloves Friday so I should have most of the suspension done this next weekend minus the shocks.... slowly chizzzlin away! Might press the bushings out of the chevies and install the daystar bushings tonight. We will see how ambitious I get.
