yes, several reasons-its there...so i dont have to buy it is the #1 reason

but in the near future i am going to add dual cases, so this only needs to be a temp setup until i get duals

Cheesemaker

Why didn't you torch off the torsion bar brackets?  Did you forget something, or you planning on utilizing them in a sort of crossmember for the duals?

well i havnt touched it in a month, but this weekend i built the new motor (long story) and installed it, and got started on the wiring, it turns over nicely now, its very close, but im headed back out on the road.i ordered a dakota digital tach adapter to run the factory tach with the lexus motor

Cheesemaker

There is always something with you isn't there?  The motor on this one, and the down the hill front end smash with the other.  What, you got really excited about firing up the new motor and forgot to put oil in?  I've seen that happen more than once.  That and rags left under valve covers.

oh- it was your typical "ya man, it ran perfect when i pulled it out!"......\
6 months later when i go to turn it over, it sounds not right. so i check compression and the first two cylenders where 15 and 30....i left it there and sold it as a re buildable core.

then i bought another and its in and sounds great
