Front springs are not long enough to go further forward.

Maybe it's a bad picture, but it looks like the shackle angle is almost at a 45 degree rearward sweep. This means that you could've thrown the spring hanger further forward. Picture could be weird. Not knockin' your work, though. Good work on everything else!

Before I left the shop we pulled out the fort lift and there is some rubbing at full flex, and the shackles do hit the body mount. I might just shave the body mount a little to take care of the interference.

Well my leg is doing better and I have gone out around the block not much more then 2 miles twice. The ride is good, steering is straight, nothing to really complain about. Today I swapped in a sr5 cluster and wired up my E-lockers using 12Volt guy Harnesses and Switch panel. The panel is clean and good quality, the harnesses were Very well labeled. I highly suggest 12Voly guy for all your electrical needs!

Sadly I didnt take many pictures but I did take a few and will get them up tomorrow. Hopefully I will find some dirt and rocks locally I can go crawl and climb on with in this next week or so. If any one has any suggestions for any place even if its real simple let me know. Needs to be near to Sac/ Roseville.

Just a curiosity, You guys think I'll be good enough with out Longs in the front with my e-locker as long as I dont beat on it? I doubt I will see much time in or on rocks for many months, in a month I am shipping it out to Louisiana :( where I expect to be for nearly a year probably.  :rivers:

Dont hammer down while at full steering lock or in a bind and you will be fine.

3" allpro fronts and 4" marlin rears

I will try and get a pic on some level ground this weekend it does sit pretty level. I found the 3" fronts used but still in real good condition.

Looks good, I wheeled many years with stock birfs. You will be fine fine, when you start breaking birfs then buy some Long's.

Well after pacing another car at different speeds, it appears that the 5.29 gears and 35's are a good match, I am about +/- 6 mph over. If all goes well I will be going to Prairie City on Saturday morning for a few hrs to get some time to play before I head back to the swamp next week.

Yeah my speedo is pretty close with the 5.29s/35s.

Well in continuing my efforts to keep my Runner unique I descided to not get some of the many mass produced round tube sliders.

They are a little shorter then I had wanted and could stick out just a little more but regardless they turned out great! They are strong as Hell and will be able to take anything I throw at them. Anyone in the Sacramento are that needs some help with some fab work I highly suggest Phil at Sillyneck Fab!

I just got back to my base in Louisiana. Wanted to go to Prairie city this past Sat, but needed to pack. Will be getting the Runner shipped out here by the end on Jan.
