well i just got extremely lucky and got told by grandparents that once they move back over seas they are leaving me a 92 half ton 2 wheel drive surburban which will end up being my tow rig/dd not sure exactly what i wana do for sure to it but if i get a chance i definitely wana make it 4wheel drive and my buddy owns a dually burban which i think looks absolutely sick so i might go that route to but it will all be in good time. Until then i will keep up the basic maintence and add lil odds and ends like a full system and tvs and add some more power to it with intake and headers and full exhaust. This thing is extremely clean only has one decent good sized dent which was from a blow out in the back quarter panel interior is SPOTLESS motor is a lil dusty but also very clean and runs extremely well cant wait to get my hands on it and turn it into mine lol. :beerchug:  :burnout: ill get pics posted asap the files are too big

Oh one thing that is definitely getting fixed it the a/c lol

IMHO, not even remotely worth a 4wd conversion as they can be purchased very cheaply.  Re: "dually conversion"....no comment.

This would make a great tow rig just as it is, maybe throw a locker at it if you have to tow off road

Do you tow on flat ground only? A half ton, non Vortec motor Burban will suck to tow with. You can buy a 4x4 late 90s tahoe or suburban for like $2000. I have a 2004 1/2 ton Z71 Chevy and I will never tow a rig to the rubicon with it again. Overheated the tranny and smoked the brakes. There is a reason tow rigs are 3/4 and 1 ton

LilChief87

for the most part yeah but was planin on puttin trailer brakes and everything in it but before i do that ill probably just see if i can trade for 4x4 burban blazer or 4 door truck or something similar but yet again its if i get the damn thing
