Try putting a spare gas tank or cooler or some type of lockable box opposite of the spare tire I like the spare in that location.  Run bars just above and below the side windows connecting the rear and middle hoops.  I think that would look good.  However I think it looks good as it sits, once its level.

Yep sounds good to me!  I still think that wood is pimp!!

I may get a set of 4.7's soon, duals will wait till after I have linked the rear.
When you link the rear, bring it up a bit (a little too saggy now  :therethere::twocents:). I agree the wood looks good. :)

WOW I just read this entire build! You do some crazy looking stuff but it always turns out bada$$!

I don't remeber if I read it or not. But How is that traction bar working out? I had thought about using that stock front axle link bracket thingy to make a traction bar like you did here.

It is a dual voltage machine.  On 220 it is rated to sever 1/2 inch I believe.
All I could find were some rubs on the outside of the case, it don't looked very scratched or dented to me.

I now have a wire feed welder, a stick welder, and the little plasma.  I returned the POS HF compressor though cause I killed it on the first tank full.  I have ordered another so no updates until it gets here.

What size compressor do you need for your new plazma,  I have a 35 gallon but I dont know if its big enough?

35 gallon won't fit in my garage, but thank you.  Size is not much of the concern.  It needs to put out AT LEAST 4.5 cfm at 75 PSI to provide enough air.

Figured out the plasma.  WHen I put the new tip in I forgot to put the ceramic isolator back in with it so i was using the whole tip as an electrode...DUUUUHHHHHHHH....   :hammer:

Now it works more better.  I don't make the prettiest cuts, but at least I will be able to do compound shapes with ease.  On a lighter note, this thing goes through 3/16 plate like a hot knife through butter.

MMMM hefty gusset good!

It is tough to keep in a good position to make the cut smooth...as I move the cutter I get worser and worser.  I will practice to get perfect.

They have this tricky little device that you put the plasma torch in and it holds it at the perfect hight off the metal and it is on rollers so you can be like a human powered plasma CNC.

I wondered if there was something like that, that would be cool.  There is also I jig you can get, but it may cost a few pennies.
