O.k..... Locker, rear bumper, or 4.7 T-case gears?

locker first, then gears or bumper. lockers make a huge difference. duals or gears also make things a lot eazier

we did most of 7up but didn't go up the extreme wall. had a few try it but couldn't make it up. Watch a few buggies go up it though.

Took it to work and got out the fork lift. Got alot more flex then I expected and would have more but I still haven't cut off the stock shackle mounts lol.

Awesome first gen man. I love it. My girlfriend and I were looking at the last page and we both said "Wow that thing would look sick with some black rims..." and came to page 8 and low and behind... black rims! Nice build. Like what you've done with it.

Workin on the rear bumper, my DD is taking my bumper money to fix a small issue (needs lower control arms) Then I'll be getting a rear bumper.

Started installing a CD deck in it tonight can't stand having this stock radio. Need some tunes! and plan to weld the rear up Wednesday. Went wheeling and really need a locker. Also plan to sell the 33"s and put 35"s in there place. A little more rubber would be nice.

I think the motor has found its last day and am working on getting arrangements to rebuild the motor. Other things I need to do are install some new seats and make something to hold the spare tire.

Finally got some video of the beast in action! Did some crawling and some mudding. Need lockers, bigger tires and dual T's but it did pretty good for what it is.

Posted this on the engine forums, anyone else want to chime in?

I have a 20r motor, hedman header, 2.25 exhaust and a 32/36 weber carb.

Anywhere after 3/4 throttle my engine bogs and nearly shuts itself off. Doesn't matter if I gradually give it throttle or slam it. Runs great up until that last 1/4 of throttle. Anywhere in the 3/4 range truck runs great, I just can't give it any more.

It also bogs horrible under load such as cilimbing steep inclines or being in sand/mud.

I have a very small air leak between my header and exhaust flange, but don't think this is the problem because it was much worse before I attended to it and I didn't notice a change. I also got a weber jet kit and played around with jet settings for a week and never got a difference.

It could be my fuel filters but there only 2,000 miles old, but it could be my distributor isn't advancing right too. Anyone else have some ideas? Wenesdays my day off and I'm going to tackle it some more.
