hey i was just wondering if the flat belly you fabed out was worth the work and would you do anything different on it?
Did you run pinion wedge's, my short bed yota with a "tummy tuck" the rear pinion angle is bad.
Dude, cab exo next?
I love how you put the marlin sticker on the crossmember Awsome truck man.Giving me alot of ideas.Keep up the good work
did it take your windsheild too?
man your truck is bada$$........
i like your truck! i always enjoy the vintage look of the first gens. and if you are going to build an exo on it, deffinately try to build it as tight to the cab as possible. you might not want to take pointers from the dude in the red truck in the back ground! lol
I like your rig I used to have a blue 80 short bed on 35's
thanks....ya its getting a partial exo sometime soon. havent really figured it out yet...that red truck is my brothers ...its his first cage hes built and its not that eazy to do so take it eazy on him. its getting cut off and redone anyways so it will be a lot tighter to the cab..sorry i wasnt trying to be mean i just cant stand the way exos look when they are not tight to the cab yes i do agree that they can be challenging to build though! a buddy and i spent about two weeks working on mine getting it to fit right. they can be a PITA. i hope the new cage goes well for him!
hey man I have a rollbar for a first gen to hold you over till you cage/exo it? at least you'd have some protection. trade for 1st gen exhaust parts or cash if you're interested
