got the rear springs all together. bushings installed and added the axle wrap half leaf on top

i used the big style Marlin spring bushings so i could keep the greaseable bolts i got with the shackles. i just ground the outside of the bushing down with a bench grinder til it fit in the springs. if you have access to a lathe it would be much eazier and precise to turn down. there not perfect but o well

also drove down to Sky's today and picked up some chevy spring hangers :beerchug:..i would have made them myself but these are a deal for $35.. just need to drill the holes out the 3/4"

got the rear pretty much done today...had to pull the gas tank out to get to the pass. side spring mount.

spring mounts tacked on sittin on its own weight

shackle angle came out about right

had to add a couple spacers to get my shackles to sit straight.

and got the mounts all welded up

these springs are still pretty soft so i think they should work quite well. im sure they will work better than stock rears  :beerchug:

nice!!! I love the chevies out back and rears up front! great price and flex like MAD! i got to flex the Twisted toy out today for the first 4wheel experience in about a year and a few months... but ended up snaping my rear case input.... time for a Marlin setup

I used the same SKy brackets and they work great!!! Love your build man!! keep it up! :beerchug:

i was just up there this weekend i ran canopener, hogs back, rocky uphill, waterfall, upper crushers, powerline, firebreak 5, to many archers firebreaks to count. basically it was pretty muddy but the rocks were dry atleast until your tires get on them.

crushers is all snow and makes it way to easy and pointless.
