ya they do see way smaller. they only measure about 34" with about 4-5 psi...but i think they will work alot better with my gearing than bigger tires right now.

ill get some pics here soon. still have to finish up my ps stuff. i need to get my truck to my dads to weld the steering box mount on. after that it will be ready to go

TheCookieMonster

got all the brackets, pulley's and pump on

mounted the reservoir this morning

just need to mount the box with my marlin mount, get a ps cooler, and a wrench to get the high press. line off my other pump, and a belt ..its gettin there

Are you going with the stock cooler or automatic tranny type?

thanks man...ya we go wheelin quite a bit with a lot of trucks, so if there's ever an extra spot ill let you know for sure.  :beerchug:

TheCookieMonster

got my box mount welded on and painted

also picked up an auto tranny cooler off a newer ford ranger for $10 at the junkyard. had to make a little bracket to mount it off the hood latch bolt. worked out nice. also plumbed everything up

everything is on now just need to extend my steering rod that goes from the firewall to the box. bleed the system and it should be ready.

I.D.G.A.F

"trail-gear" has a nice tech page on how to bleed the system

TheCookieMonster

all lines, belt, and what not installed

box is on

got the box pretty far forward. its right around 2 1/2 in. farther forward of where it was before. should be enough for rears up front

got my steering rod to slide finially. cleaned it up and painted it today

once that dry's im going to go put it on and try everything out

TheCookieMonster

got everything done. had to bleed it for a while but once that was done it was working good. seems to squeel a bit at high rpm but still may need bled a lil more. works great at an idle and everything is smooth. the pump pulley seems a bit bent so i think im gonna swap that out tmr. What a difference  :yesnod:

Yup my truck is the bare bones base model, no Tach, no fancy gauges. It does have AC though... The cluster has temp, fuel, speedometer, and odometer thats it.
