got some more done today... I got the bed aligned and bolted down, got the hole cut in the bed floor for my fuel tank and got the fuel tank re-installed... then I got on to my fender trimming on the bed.... here are some pics

the passenger side of the bed before chopage....(notice the premium rust hole)

then the passenger side after fender chopage.... I think it looks much better

then the driver side came out really good as well...

the truck is going in for paint tomorrow.... I think its gonna be white....I will get some pics of the paint progress as well

ya it is.... I am going to swap that cab on this frame too and just use it as my DD/weekend wheeler and then start in on the other frame and my red cab with links and coil-overs rather than swapping all this suspension under that truck it seems a little easier to just swap cabs over.... I need some 60's for my next project!

 wayyyyy better! its getting an internal cage when the new cab is on.... I have kinda lost my interest in exo's now for some reason and the x-cab has plenty of room for tubing inside the cab!

yep you got it! I learned alot from building that cage so its no big deal to me.... I am just putting my blue truck cab (same truck bed came from) on this frame so it will be full body and street-able.... then the red cab will be built into full tube truck with 1 tons, links & coilovers and all the real goodies....at least for this build I will have a rig to wheel while I work on it....

I will just stick to the internal cage....I have lost my interest in the exo-cages I think I would rather sport body damage than an exo

I just dont want any unwanted attention from the po-po's.... the origional reason for cutting it off was to do the cab swap so I have all my fenders and a straight cab but now that its off I just like it way better without so I am gonna whip up a internal when  the new cab is on....

ya I have too I cant wait to use it.... it saves me alot of thinking
I just was not happy with how the exo looks on my rig not to mention the exo that I built for it looked like :pokinit:! I will just run sliders and bumpers for the body panel protection (not that I care about body damage) and then run an internal cage so I dont die when I flop it down a hill....

I also just got my diagnostic port (obd2) wired up in the truck but I am having some issues with getting my scanner to connect to the ECU..... I wired everything as it said in the schematics but for some reason my AutoTap scanner will not connect to the truck so I have to get that all figured out yet.....
