i love the way the cab extends over the rear wheel well.  its going to give you more interior room than early stock toyota double cabs.

Your skills are insane Mang  :beerchug: :beerchug:  Keep up the awesome work,Keep the pics coming !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I work in Thailand and there are so many of these 84/85 4 door hilux trucks on the road every time I see one I say to myself "I would love to put one in a sea can and ship it back home"

On the first few pages of your build someone asked you the type paint you were using you said

"PPG, grey beige flat, urethane based paint"

I live in Canada and am trying to find this paint would you be able to post a pic of the can for me.... I have also emailed PPG to see if they can give me the info  :dunno:

I will get a pic of the old can. I'll be getting more of the same hopefully soon to repaint the whole truck. I'd just go to your local auto body/paint shop and see what they have. The shop I went into happened to sell all PPG and they had a whole sheet of mil. spec colors.

Edit:
Here is the information as it is on the tag if it's hard to read it in the pic, it's faded pretty bad

Andy's Automotive Paint
For:                 RO#:
OEM:33303
MBC25975 A
GRAY BEIGE (FLAT)

the can itself was just a general use can they put all their paint in, no important information on it

I've had an '84 xtra cab since 1990 and I love it, so your project has special meaning for me. And your fab skills are indeed mad! Your choice to make the back section bigger than the factory double cab is excellent too. Makes me want to quit my job and wrench on Toyotas full time. -- Matt

PS -- Oh yeah, I just remembered, I don't have a job. :hammerhead:
