Don't take it the wrong way, it's an anti-moron thread.  I can't believe anyone would post something like that and not think twice about it, or expect a flaming.

BD, that's not what I meant.  I see it as "it's not your religion that'll get you into trouble(i could care less if he is mormon or hindu or whatever)it's your stupidity that'll get ya."  You post something stupid, and someone is gonna call you on it.

This is the problem with religion, I don't care if your god is Budda, Jesus, Zeus, or Bimbo The Clown. It's all the same and as long as you lead a good decent life you'll be in the good graces of what ever god you meet once you come to the end of life on earth. I was baptized Roman Catholic as a baby and have also been baptized Mormon by choice later in life of my own accord. I have also come to the conclusion that most all religions bow more to the almighty dollar than their respected gods. Try this, join a church or religion, pay nothing see how long it lasts until they ask you for money.

I see that you don't understand.  YOU seem to be the only person who cares about your religion.  There are a few threads here dedicated to religion.  Nothing that I see posted is anti-mormon.  It just became a discussion on religion, and we all have different viewpoints.  It is called a FORUM for a reason.  We all share opinions, viewpoints, ideas and information.
You are upset at us for flaming you, and you stated that you post like that just to see how much flame you will see.  Don't seem right to me, but what do I know? :dunno:

Is this type of antagonistic behavior encouraged in mormonism :dunno:

A pastor friend of mine (don't know what religion, don't care) actually voiced some disdain for this type of aggressive behavior by people who claim to be "representing" their said religion.  He sees a problem with those who push people to go to church, as it seems you're forcing them to be there for the sheer sake of occupying a seat rather than the real reason they should be there, if they so choose.

That's pretty much all I remembered from our 45 minute discussion that began after I said "I don't like to talk religion" :haha:

the mormon church owns alot of mt dew or was it pepsi stock

kneedownnate

Well then, that would definately be a case of gross double standards!

Wouldn't that be akin to the catholic church owning brothels?
