what's wrong with that? I think it will work out great.  I can mock it up with factory parts and then get a Total Chaos kit. :bling:

I put on the 2nd Gen 4Runner MC and booster today.  Wow what a difference in braking power.  I would like to note: if this is done on an early 2nd gen(looks like maybe 84-85 only) with that large steering u-joints(2 5/8" yokes) you will have to clearance the booster or the yokes so that the steering shaft will turn.

If anyone plans on doing this, don't gut the tailgate where I did, there are internal supports there. :smack:

Ive been wanting to sink the license plate into my tailgate for a long time now.     

the tailgate speakers would just be a nice touch but not really necessary!  :gap:
