about 8 months ago I put in an  AutoGage Temp/volt/oil pressure cluster..I never hooked up the temp gauge.  When it goes back together, it will have the temp gauge hooked up.

are those the ones on your dash :gap:

congratulations!! you are the only person paying attention!!  I'm not sure what happened...I think I was drinking when I posted that up, because the 1022024 has a little higher torque numbers all the way up the powerband.
So, either I changed my mind, posted the wrong info(read: :boozer: ), or they sent me the wrong part.  Take your pick.
yes, it has.  I just got back...went about 50miles.  When I first got behind the wheel, I was NOT impressed.  It felt totally stock...very little lope, it wasn't peaky at all...I couldn't figure it out.  Then I put the hammer down.  This thing will spin the tires in 1st gear hi/hi, where it never would before.  It has loosened up a bit, and I am liking it more and more.  It feels like a totally stock truck...with a shitload of torque. Where my last cam was a little flatter until my vac advance kicked in(and then hold on) this thing is strong all the way from idle.
It idles WAY smoother than it ever has before...and actually so low(read:where it is supposed to) that I need to step up to a 20w50 oil; there is a oil pressure related tick until it gets back to 35psi.  It is running a little warm I think, at around 220, but I have not tuned the carb for this cam, and I am waiting on a BVSV from Toyota tomorrow to replace one that I broke.\

I should note that I have the adjustable cam gear set at stock right now, and am running at stock distributor timing instead of my usual 15*.

I don't know.  I never paid attention to it before, and I really only felt it when I was breaking in my gears.  I think in theory, it probably should.

well, I have thought about it, and I do plan on flipping the fill plug to let it hold some more fluid.  I don't think I'll do it to this housing, but I will do it when I get an IFS rear.

What are you refering to when you say IFS rear?  I only know that to mean independant front suspension?

I am going to use the old front end off of Daves truck so I can have independent rear suspension, and i want to shave the IFS housing because it is really hairy.
