I wanna go too, I just dont have the money and live too far away, Im putting the new AFM on my truck, so maybe better gas mileage, still dont have the money though, have the camper shell and the new sliding rear window so I can sleep in the back....hey, you know what this all boils down to....I dont have the money
Sand, what fun, drop pressure to 12psi, stock tires are still digging, can't afford to get stuck, 8psi, still not working. Find a place to GET OUT, air up, un-lock hubs,  WAIT whats this, hubs are UN-LOCKED already. 2wd, 8psi, stock tires, Oregon sand dunes.

The registration form will be online, and then we will mail out a packet for you (or each vehicle in your group) that includes *possibly* a dash plaque, a sticker, and a meal ticket.

I know that we will require you to pay for the camp ground site at the springs during the online registration, or via snail mail. So I think it will cost like $5 or $10 or $15 per rig or something.... I really have no idea, as I have not seen the forms, but I do believe that there will be a small charge this year, and if you ask me, its a good thing because that's the incentive you need to show up. Last year we had, what, 300-something rigs registered and I only saw like 100 of them. :bat: That was a H-U-G-E PROBLEM last year because WE ORDERED ENOUGH FOOD FOR THE PEOPLE OF THOSE 300-SOMETHING RIGS!!!! It was a HUGE waste of food and time and money.. So if we can charge some money, then hopefully those who pay will show up!!!! and we can have the event better organized.

i'd say you could do it fine with your setup if you put a rear locker in but with that lift height it might be tipsy and expect major body damage without rocksliders and for clutch sake i'd put some sort of crawler gear in there but last year I saw a stock solid axle truck with 33's and a welded rearend taken most of the hard lines till he rolled

huh k locker and sliders and i should be good ill probably burn the cluch up but its not my dd anymore and ive done the tranny atleast 6 or 7 times between me and my buddies. so no problem there just replace it. i know this sounds stupid but ive got some nerf bars in the back if i throw them on will it give me enough protection as i dont have a good welder so makin em right now is out of the question. and the money will go toward a locker. and gus what im gonna be up to 8" of lift in the front by then as im gettin my biuddies old suspention brand new hes had it for like two weeks.oh and hows a spool

uh you really don't want that much lift dude your just gonna roll.  for those 33s id run a 2" lift or none.  i'm running 4" with 37's and its pretty dang stable.  the lift doesn't gain you much.  save your money from the lift and buys some gears for your t-case and instead of buying a locker just weld up the spiders

we did, she just doesn't have a good memory aparently.  I rode in with RUGER, and Spotter spotted FFC   we weren't far from the main camp at all.  right across the trail from the helipad.

nice im in does it cost n e thing. other than gas and what requriments should my truck have

sliders for sure   those are an absolute must.  MCR5 isn't until sept, so you've got some time.  Lock the rear, and you'll be ready to go.  If you're a good driver, you'll do alright.  Last year we dragged a stock amigo through, good spotting, decent driving, and a rig to throw a strap every once in a while and she made it  beat the body, but that is life.  Try to find some bigger tires if you can, not a must but they'll help

I do think they are charging to participate this year, but its probably going to be less than $20.  Thaty helps cover the camp costs, food, etc.

yea 20 bucks aint no big deal. sliders k i need to make some then. and i will probably have my rear welded. team ramrod suggested it and its cheap um bigger tire might happen by then but i highly highly doubt it. cause i will need gears to do tires and those get expensive u know. thanks for the help everyone ill get my truck ready and be there for sure thanks again. mitchell
