From what I heard of people trying to get in on Sat. it was a major cluster fark.
I remember now Yotaboy79 telling us about having to turn around on a really precarious part of the trail cause it was a traffic jam.

um like where am i sleeping ?  and wheres this sing-up stuff
You'd need to bring a tent, uncj, unless someone else has room for you. Are you still going to be riding with FFC and BD?

Ill be there at the KOA campground in Placerville, FFC I like the idea of splitting sites. But like Mrs.W said it depends on KOA. Ill have atleast one other person with me so I'll be setting up my lil pup tent. Is BD going to be coming along this year too? FFC your hilarious, go to bed early thurs night...with all those folks there? Haha, were going to have a crawlin party

Of course I'm coming along RHG   if I don't get hired first.  I'm wheelin in this time.   Joe, like I said before, as of right now I'm planning on being here to go, and I can pick you up at the airport   we'll get you a seat somewhere!!!

Mrs Dubya, we didnt leave the start of the trail until around noon last year so if we make sure to actually hit the trail as soon as we get there this time then we should have no problems making it to the springs by the end of friday. You didnt enjoy all that night wheeling? Haha I remember getting out with Tony a couple times trying to find the trail again, or driving up to someones camp and having to back out. Goodtimes. I better have my rock lights installed by then. I got two so far, better get two  more to be safe. Im excited already :hyper:

Yeah, that's true, we did have some problems getting on the trail. I'd like to be out of the KOA before the break of dawn as much of a pregnant dog as that will be, so we can get to the trailhead at a decent early hour.
The night wheeling would have been OK if we had been to the trail before. I wanted to see the bridge and everything going into the springs. We didn't end up gong back out on Sat. because we wanted to conserve fuel. Didn't know how much it would take or where we would find diesel on the way out.

Now get your plane ticket and let BD know when he needs to pick you up!! You've got to be at the KOA by Thurs.
Now what about bubba? You should both try to get to the airport at the same time and we can get you both.

you might want to fly out on the 11th just to be on the safe side. You still have to get out of the trails on the 10th and then hope to make it to the airport on time? that's too much stress. If we're all meeting at the KOA on  the 7th you can fly in early on the 7th, BD/FFC can pick you up and bring you to the KOA.

If you can only have 5 days, I'm with Diane on this one.  Fly in early on Thursday the 7th preferrably to Sacramento Airport. If there aren't any into Sac early Thurs, then make it REAL early Thurs and fly in to Oakland or San Francisco.  I can do those two or Sacramento, I know BD is in Sacramento.  If you fly into OAK or SFO I'll pick ya'll up in the Honda  Ya'll can sleep on the way up if you need to :yesnod:

I'm lookin forward to it.. BUBBA, get goin on yer tickets :spankbutt:

By that time, I'll be back in Vacaville.  Like FFC said, let me know what airport, and I can pick you up.  Try for Sacramento though, that'd be the easiest for me, and I can pick you up on the way to placerville from Vacaville.  Just a little detour

Assuming I am going, I will get friday off, so I can head up thursday night.  I know I'll have spotter with me, but I can fit at least one more person in my truck.
