Its 7 1/2" eye to eye, and its not a JJ, its made from rubicon express right here in rancho.

The ramps have been gone for some time now.  I think after i told a ranger there about it slashing my tire they took it away.  All they really had to do was weld the broken part back on and it would have been good to go.  The truck is looking bad ass.  We might be going to 4 dice this weekend if you are interested in tagging along.  give me a call if you are  530-823-9624.

Thanks man! Yeah the last few times i went they were gone, 4dice sounds like fun. What days are you going to head up there? Im supposed to get weekends off from work because right now im workin saturdays, so...it ruins everything. Im thinking of doing a wensday night to friday trip.

If we go we will be leaving Friday night and camping at a campground close then going through Saturday and camping again in the same spot.  Then we will leave Sunday.  I have weekends off and can't really get tomany weekdays off.  BTW, it will be me and TOYon40s. depending on if he can go.  If he can't then it is cancelled.

Ok tis been like 7 months sence i last updated. Iv been doing a lot of work to my rig. Its going pretty slow but its getting closer to the end. More, some flex. I was ontop of the pole but slid down when the pic was taken

I built a square front driveshaft. Did it just like eveyone else has. 1/4 steel really beefy and no vibs till i hit 40 MPH.

Also braced the steeringbox frame after i cracked it. Thats what i have got done so far. Next i will be dropping the front axle and welding a axle gusset from marlin and welding gussets on the knuckles so i wont bend it. At the same time getting a ARB locker set up in the front and probley 30spline longs.$$$ I just ordered a new clutch master and slave from  . The master has almost 300,000 miles on it so its just not working right anymore...I also need to drop the tranny and have it rebuilt. 1st and 3rd has problems and its grinding a lot. After that i will be building a ladder style traction bar on the rear axle with a shackle set up. I just get too much wheel hop.

How tall are you? Im debating a switch to a Regular cab from my 4runner, but am a little worried about the fit. I'd keep the 4runner, but want to do a Flat bed and dont want to go Truggy with the 4runner. And I relly like the shorter WB of the Reg cab and 4runner.

Thanks man. Well im 6' and its pretty comfy. I have the seat all the way back against the cab. Sometimes i wish i had an xtra cab or a runner but i like the wheel base of a std cab.
