It's over; I picked up an 85 4Runner body-n-frame this week and it's waiting for the snow to stop so I can unload it and get hot on it. Now I have a spare hood, grille, doors and fenders; the firewall is already tubbed and the fenders have also been cut out. It has rust in the quarters (don't care) but otherwise is in pretty good shape. The mirrors are intact and matching too! It's an SR5 so it has the tilt column (keeping) sunroof and tilt/incline-o-meter (keeping). I think nearly all the EFI wiring is there along with the ECU, that may get pulled/sold once I get back to wiring the 3.4 into it.







The 84 still has to be fully gutted (springs, glass, dash stuff etc...) then it's going bye-bye. The wife asked, "How much would it cost to build it back up again so we both have crawlers?"
