coolant is leaking past the timing cover gasket
at least its not the headgasket
your going to need to lower the oil pan, most of the way, it doesnt need to come off, but the front needs to be about 1/2 inch dropped down
then remove the 12mm bolt thats in the oil pool under the distributor THEN you can remove the timing cover,
you shouldnt need to remove the timing chain
