R3.3 rigid foam board insulation.
Just one 4x8 sheet by a ½" thick did the trick. There were some bare spot along the edges . But this wasnt that critical, just a little something compared to the nothing it had before. Helps with stiffening up the whole roof and even a bit with sound.
