After. Tubbed both sides of the firewall and added plexiglass windows.

Not really, It is trail only. I would only be worried about that at highway speeds. The fastest this truck will ever go is 15 m.p.h through the camp ground to the trail entrance.

I just bolted in the plexiglass with small bolts and used washers. Pretty simple. No frame. I just sprayed undercoating in a square so it looked like a square on the inside.

I actually wasn't even thinking about the hiway.  Have you ever watched what gets thrown out of a spinning 38" swamper on the trail.  It isn't pretty.  I have seen rocks bigger than my head go flying out and that wouldn't be cool to hit that plexiglass.  I really like the idea though but I personally would go with a stronger type of material.

Curious what your getting out of that plexiglass window?

what are the con's?  just being able to look at where your tire placement is?   or... ?

I have always wanted to see what was going on underneath the truck. I think it is just cool more than anything. It will be nice to see trail terrain also. If it becomes a problem it won't take long to fill in with sheetmetal.

I have since had the truck out and really pounded it on the trail and it has performed flawlessly except it overheats in the mud without a fan shroud. Not a big surprise though.
