Normally there are two things to never discuss with friends and family since they can end relationships. They are politics and religion, recently I have found an additional topic that needs to be added to this short list. So here without future ado is the new topics never to be discussed...

1.   Politics
2.   Religion
3.   The weather in California on the beach.

Ha, ha don't freeze your butts off, had a friend hang up on me as I teased him about being 70 today on the beach.

True story, I swear.  Many years ago, a buddy's wife had just stepped out of the shower. Her little girl was standing there, eyes wide, staring at her, um, below the waist. Mom: What's the matter, honey, yours will look like that too when you grow up. Daughter, still staring, slowly shook her head: Oh no it won't, I'm gonna take care of mine!!
