Let me know when your ready for some windows for those doors.  I can sew some up for ya with my old boss.  I've done lots of Heep softops.  pretty easy for us.  Can even put in tinted windows.

Awesome!  I'd ideally like a set of windows, and a set of nets to keep the pup in the truck.  Anytime you want to come check em out, just give me a call.

Wheeled this truck again.  Took it through the rock quarry at Moody Hill, even though this is one section of trail I had sworn to avoid in this truck.  I shouldn't have 2nd guessed myself, the long wheel base and weight of camping gear allowed it to climb right through the rocks with ease, even with the open rear end.

Finally ditched the basket ball hoop bumper and made a tube bumper.

Thanks.  I'm a picture sleeper.  Here it is all done, painted, and mounted.  I haven't even hit my rock sliders yet, so this might actually stay straight for a little while.

Late night bend sesh.  Front end looked out of place with the rear and sliders all tubed out.  Running a new trail this weekend, Pole Hill in Estes Park, CO and wanted it to look finished.

It'll have a few more frame tie ins, and a receiver.

I only carry loop end straps, no hooks, and prefer to just loop them through themselves around the tube, so no weld on recovery points are required.  I'll probably throw a 2" receiver on the front for a removable winch later down the road.

Your tube work looks awesome. What bender are you using? Lets get a shot of your truck from the side now that it has armor front/side/rear now!

Love the rear bumper man.  Pole hill is fun but nothing to hard up there.  I use it as a test run spot.  If you go Saturday I might be able to join ya.

Bender is a JD Squared model 3 with a 1.75" tube die, 5.5" CLR that can bend well past 180 deg.  I'll get some more pics tomorrow.

Matt, We're meeting at the Estes Park visitor center at 10:30, or the trail hear @10:45.

More pics to come...

Nice build!  Couple of questions - not sure if you answered this already or not but how did you like the propane conversion? any loss of power?
Also I'm assuming that you just had PUSH stickers laying around and PUSH didn't actually re-valve your shocks? I have a Pivot 5.7 that PUSH did the rear fox on.

Love the propane.  Mileage is what you'd expect from a crawler, around 15 per gallon, but a gallon of LPG costs me only $2.69.  I have the same capacity as my gas tank, 16 gallons.  Power loss is not noticeable if it's there, this truck rips!  The motor is built, though.  Glad you like your shock from PUSH.  Matt next to me would have been the tech who tuned that for you.  I build all the Fox air shocks, and yes, those shocks on my truck have some PUSH love inside.  They are currently the only truck shocks we've worked on.

Thanks for all the feed back.  If all goes right, this truck will see some Moab action in a month.
