Thats about the perfect angle there. The longer shackle gave you some more droop didint it?

Alot of stickers on that tailgate.  :biggthumpup:  I got nothing bad to say about it though I have them all over my fenders too. :yesnod:

I think they did give me a little more drop.  No sure though.  I moved my shock mounts to give it more drop since they were limiting my flex, then right after i put on the longer shackles and moved the stock shackle mounts forward.  I just put those shackles on about 3 weeks ago.  My shackle angle went almost straight up and down but i needed the lift for the back. So i torched off the stock shackle mount, cleaned them up a bit and welded them back on about 2 inches forward.  Gave it a perfect angle.

As for the duct tape, the brake line used to rub on the shock so i put the tape there so it wouldn't rub a hole in the shock.  But i have since put a new rear housing and new shock mounts and the brake line doesn't rub anymore.  Didn't feel like taking the duct tape off.  :)

And the stickers, got them all free.  Gotta do something with them.  so i made my tail gate the sticker part of my truck.

First time actually using gas instead of flux core, the welds turn out much better.

I guess the new camera is a battery eater, went through 4 AA's, the camera takes 2 AA's.  I just need to bring more next time.

I replaced one of the u-joints on the rear driveline.  I pulled it off and the joint didn't want to move anymore, plus one of the caps was broken.  Took me about an hour to replace it after fighting with the broken cap for about half and hour.  I still need to test drive it on the road at 55mph to see of the vibration is gone.  I might try and tub my front fenders tomarrow, gotta pic up my welder from a friends house.

I ordered the 37 inch MTR's last night.  Just went to Auburn and ordered the 15x8 with 2 1/2 inch bs wheels.  Grand total of $285 for the wheels.  It sucks though becasue they said it would be about 2-3 weeks untill they get in  :(  Look like i will have to run the 37's on my rims now untill i get the new rims.  Hopefully the tires come in next week so i will have them for July 4th.
