how much do you think they are worth?

are you selling the truck as well? since your parting it out i was curious how much you want for the truck with the drivetrain pulled and if you still have the original open carriers those in the axles? basicly i need a rolling chassis that i can find a cheaper motor/tranny/t-case to drop in it and build up from there because i'm not rich at all.

red,

if, thats if i get what i want for all my goodies, and time is on my side, i will work out a good deal for the cab/frame and i can somehow get it rolling for you(cause the axles will be gone!)

he upgraded to a dana 60 and didnt have room for it. the axle cant survive a v8 with 36" tires for long, but a 4 cyl shouldnt kill it quickly.

i really dislike my new apartment manager. raised rent, hounds your ass for money, and is a downright pregnant dog, but heres what really gets me right now. i turned in the rent for oct. on the 5th in the evening, the last day before its late because i had to wait for my paycheck to clear. she comes to my door the next morning, says i havent payed and that she's adding a 75 dollar late fee to it. i tell her that i dropped it off last night around 7pm, still wont drop the late fee. now, this last weekend she started calling my cell saying that i need to pay the late fee, i told her last thursday that she would get it by this friday (paycheck will be in again), but she keeps hounding me about it saying that i should have sent her the money instead of buying gas to go to my sisters heart surgury, more gas to go to my grandmothers funeral (in which i was one of the pole bearers so i had to go), and i shouldnt have helped my family pay for the funeral since they wont let you bury somebody until they have their money.

where do yall think i should have put my money? in her late fee or these recent family matters?

tell her that you know her dealer if she needs some on the front

and then i would start looking to get out of there and maybe find a new place

i agree,  stick with family  and start packing,  she thinks  she has you over a barrel  but only you  can   make it that way,  pack up and move

Ryan,  that crawler  you have, just the crawler and adapter should be $400  or better,  depending on the miles

i'm plannin to move out, 2 options available at the moment.

1. buy my own place. my parents found a house, 2k square feet with no garage out in the county, 36k dollars (so a 15 year loan would be about 250 a month, my current rent is 380)

2. get an apartment with a few friends. have 2 friends who want to move out, but cant until feb at the earliest.

if i get that house out in the country it would be great, little bit larger and would have some land (i think its on a 2 acre plot), just farther of a trip everyday (its about 10 miles east of where i currently live, so its about 5 miles east of the city line.) my dad is coming into town here in the next few days so i'll probably check it out while he's here, and see if his friend in real-estate knows of any other cheap places. i dont plan to live out here for long, definatly get my freshman year and most likely my sophmore year of college out of the way for cheap at a very good quality school. then get my ass outta west texas to either san antonio or college station.

then DONT BUY A HOUSE :slap:

parents idea.

my personal favorites, a 560 dollars a month 1200 square foot 2 bedroom apartment with washer/dryer connections thats near where i live right now, that is almost entirely college students living there. or a 1300 sq/ft 2 bed 2 bath with 2 game rooms (can turn 1 of them into a bedroom so a 3 bedroom easily) apartment with a 2 car garage for around 850 a month. so 2 people in the 560 dollar place or 3 in the 850 dollar place and make certain that my motorcycle goes in the garage. plus it has a yard.

$850 a month  in midland TX  :slap:   do you really need a luxurious castle

my god man  you  dont have 40 kids ,  just rent a dang house,  or better yet  if your parents  want that house,  tell them to buy it  and you'll pay the payments while you live there

thats 850 between 3 people, and its an apartment, not a house. i like it because of the garage, but most likely i'll be going into the 560 a month place with my friend, and its another apartment.

after renting apartments , they suck. especially if you have roomates....trust me it never works...find a DUPLEX and go that way so you get a garage..stay away from the country if you can..and don't buy anything yet :twocents:

now  pull  the  axles  and swap in some stockers  you could drop the price by 1500,  drop the dual cases  and install some junkyard  parts  drop anout 2000

drop that new engine  and  you have about a $900  truck
