It is set up for v8 but a guy could put a fourbanger back in if he wanted,
coil sprung rear sus.
partial exocage
wheelbase is kinda long 116" it is extremely flexy and very stable because of this. I run 38sx tires
they work great but if you were to run any smaller tires it would like high center on the lower links.

gilmer is badass.  i just broke a ring gear there a month ago on a 4 star trail in my taco.  i'll be bringing my '85 in January.  there is also a place near college station (BVORRA) but it is mostly easy trails and hills from what i hear, but i haven't been there.  ttora will be making a run there Dec. 16-18.

I thought I would check in with you guys.  I am out of Barksdale AFB, LA.  New to the board and thought I would say HI.  I also want to say this board and its members are the best.  From day one I have had all my question answered unlike other boards.  the members on this board get two  by and thanks for the support.

yeah, thats what i'm talking about.  Chris King, the president of TTR said there would be 130+ trucks there.  Mostly TTR but i know of a bunch of us TTORA guys that are going.  hopefully you guys can make it.  there are going to be a lot of high profile vendors and lots of giveaways.   i'll probably trailer my '85 up there cuz it won't pass inspection yet, and when i break it i can still get it home.  no mods yet but i may put some welded diffs in before i go.  there is a lot of loose dirt/rocks and you pretty much need a locker.
