There are three important things to consider as a new member.

1) Private Messages. Due to new members sending spam to existing members via Private Messages, you must establish yourself as someone who desires to participate here by reaching a small number of posts in order to Activate the Personal Messaging feature of the Forum.

2) The Classified. Again, due to new members creating new threads in the Parts for Sale and Rigs for Sale Forums regarding non-Off Roading items, you must establish yourself as someone who desires to participate here by reaching small number of posts in order to Establish Access to these two Forums.

3) Watch this before posting ! (requires Flash)

yes I'm a newbee to this forum thing but typing is not my strong point so Ive kinda stayed away from any thing that you have to type but any way I'm not a noob to weeln or yodas so here goes a little bit of my weeln history my first rig was a 1978 Toyota 2wd pu this was the "little truck that could" i put this truck through heck here in the Alabama mud. I passed a many Chevy's in the mud to pull out a ford. then I  graduated to a 1988 Toyota 4x4 pu and sold my little truck :sad2: but it was a whole new world when you have front tires that pull but that wasn't good enough I invested in a lock right locker for the rear and wow I thought I was the bees nees with my 31 inch tires but at this time in my life i was a young husband and father so progress on my rig slowed but with no regrets I ended up selling that truck (BIG MISTAKE) :smack:only after i bought a 1985 yota 4x4 pu. for only $500 This i thought was my holy grail so thought then it slung a rod. 8 months later I put a motor in it and it was on the road again.  All my plans then changed when no work here led me to coliville,TX where I found my next rig its a 1989 ford bronco 2 it has a 9 inch rear with Detroit locker a hybrid 9 inch front with Detroit locker 12 inches of lift 33 inch tires but its not my cup of tea so about 6 months ago i found a 1985 Toyota 4x4 pu with a 22re this is my weeln holy grail its stock with 31 inch tires so i now plan to put my bronco 2 on ebay to fund my project hopefully in the next 6 mo. I can lift it add a full floater kit lockers and of course dual transfer cases so stay tuned yoda fans same yoda time same yoda channel :driving:
naw THIS is how you should do it

I don't know if this question is for this thread, so I'm sorry if it's not. I just registered and when I try to look at someone's profile, it comes up as an error, stating I look at profiles. Is there something I need to do before I can see who people are?  Thanks for the help.

not sure if it's like messaging, but certain features require a few posts before you're allowed to use them. also the forum just got dunked into a dedicated server so they are still working out some of the bugs. welcome to marlin
