well there was no snow, and it was pouring rain on us. about a half mile perimeter around LOTS T theres still 1ft but thats it. we decided to do the pipe jam trail. trails actually really bad ass. hit some cool creek crossings and got to wheel some short but decent spots. it was already late and a guy in out group ripped a valve stem on this nasty log. took us a while to fix it but went smooth. after that it was getting really late but decided to go a little ferther on the trail to find the gnarly spot we were trying to find, sure enough it was right up the trail, but decided to not wheel it cuz we couldnt afford another issue. but its an awesome spot and is pretty difficult. reminds me of old sluice. definitely a good section that can break a built truck.

either way i have a whole nother out look on high lakes. there are a handful of good wheelable spots.. only downside is they are all a ways apart. if you could put all them on one trail it would be an awesome trail. either way cool area. not gonna happen till summer but i wanna hit that trail again.

-Matt-

thanks guys, its just a stock inner shaft so the ears aren't super strong. usually they will break there before the shaft. im getting a full new set chromo inners/outers and full knuckle and spindle bearing/seal rebuild kits, and also doing a weld on high steer arm upgrade that balistic made for the arms i have.

im hoping to fix it right and not have to touch the front axle again. i built this axle a long time ago so i didnt know much about the strengths of what broke

Dingman.

A guy i know might want whats left of the stock set.

jluangs

Nice build. The exocage looks awesome
