My exhaust is over the d-shaft and I need to move it to where yours is routed. Mine rubs the shaft sometimes, just not enough room. Can you snap a pic of the exhaust next to the duals, mine also is way to close to the cases. But with 2 cats and a Borla turbo muffler mine is super quiet at idle and has a good tone all the way through the revs.

I had an issue with my rear springs not being exactly the same length.  I ended up moving one of the shackle hangers more forward than the other one to get the shackles at the same angle.  I wouldn't make any changes to them until you know they are broken in (couple trail runs and some time on the street).  You then can make changes to them if need be.

Thats the idea. Im planning on swapping them at most from side to side because when the truck was set up they were even so i may just have them on the wrong sides. I dont know what else it could be holding them up so the shackles dont swing back after i put it back on the ground.

I will get more pics when it goes up on the lift again. Right now im running the stock taco cat next to the duals and a small section of pipe to an 18inch borla bullet style muffler then it bends and goes under the shaft then out to another small 8-10inch muffler and then the normal borla muffler. Mines deep at idle and a bit louder then i was after at first but it sounds good. And when its reved it sounds good so im going to rock it a while. I think it will sound pretty good and be quiet enough to not be annoying inside or outside.

I took the truck for a short little cruise yesterday with a friend of mine. We wound up over at the longmont shop and in the parking lot is this pretty deep drain. I thought id flex it out and im sorry i did. It didnt hit me in time that the truck was set up to have an inch longer shackles so when i flexed it out the rear tire rubbed the bed and pulled it down in the seam and smashed it right in front of the bed bob. Kind of a sad day but i will fix it. Im wondering if i should put the longer shackles on the front and get another set for the rear to level it...my fear is what it will do with my caster and if it will get Death wobble.

Looks good Russell.   Sorry about the bed.  It looks like a fairly easy fix for someone who knows bodywork.

Thanks guys, Im planning on throwing the longer shackles back in and driving it on the street a while to let the springs settle. I got a new grill, cornerlights, headlight housings, hids and a set of SR5 seats that are mint im going to kill to put the leather covers on and the heaters so the seats are not as high.

That's the plan. I traded my front bumper to bryan on cottora and scott is making me a front that sits tighter to the body. After that im going to sit down with a friend of mine and bend up some tube for the rear bumper/tire carrier. Im going to order up the longer shackles for the front tooso it levels the truck after i put the ones back on the rear.

The tail section and hangers got done on the exhaust. The tip is big and i may paint it black under the truck so it doesnt stand out as much.

Wired up the corner lights and the headlights. city lights will be nice for drive-thru light dimming and look kinda cool...I may try some amber bulbs in them to see how it looks.

hid's are in and high and low beams are finished. My phone made them look really blue for some reason but the are more purpleish white

close up ....its closer to the rear color.

That's about how the front of mine looks at the moment - same color even.  I'm still debating on what kind of bumper to build.  If I want a tube one, I'll probably just buy one of Marlin's.  If I want a sqare tube type, I'll build my own since I have a lot of 2x3 laying around the garage for building a rear bumper.  I just can't make up my mind.

Im going to tube again because of the deal i worked out with a guy buying a bumper at addicted offroad. He took mine and Scott is just making another one thats tighter to the body. I really like the plate/tube combo but with a tube front and tube sliders i will have to make a tube rear.

My daily has bald tires and i dont want to put tires on it when i wont be driving it much and winters almost over...TSL's will do better then some little car tire anyways. The goal is drive it home tonight...wish me luck.

That 3RZ swap is nice... so is the dash; I don't think I would do that though. Me and wiring don't always get along too well.  :argue:  The same goes for clean paint/body, my junk is going to hit something eventually so I wouldn't want to F up some nice work. Where are you in CO?

Thanks, The swap wasn't all that hard...the dash and some of the small stuff a bit annoying at times and im sure those times will be coming more often with the small dash stuff and the bed build.

Im in Longmont but We just got home from putting an offer on a house in Firestone.

Im driving the truck cause it is snowing and last night when i was going to leave the shop it was slick so i figured i might as well. The truck does amazing in the snow with only a front vibe from the driveshaft. Im going to pull it apart and cap the bottom so i can load it up with grease to take some of the slop out. My gf and i went out with travis and his girl last night cause they wanted to see the house and a few others we were looking at and i had to play in the snow a little. I think a front locker will be in my near future.

Got the front bumper done lastnight and waited for the paint to dry overnight. Im going to throw it on today and get some pics. I added foglight tabs and turnsignals to the addicted front bumper with a custom sized stinger. Im going to see about grabbing some pipe today for my rear bumper and tire carrier.

We got the house in Firestone and close on the 9th so im trying to get as much as i can done before then...I also need to find a new job cause the Parts thing didnt work out and the place i was working for is going under.

I will go shoot some in a few...not with the phone this time.

The truck is running great. I have a drip on one hose thats 100% random...It goes weeks with out leaking and then one day it will drip 1-2 drips and stop for another week. I still dont have a VSS so i have a cel and dont know how fast im going but on the highway the other day i stepped on it to see what it would do and we had to of hit 100 or so. It flys!!!!!

Thanks man We cant wait. Were already picking paint colors for the living room and bedrooms. The garage will get set up in a few months so i have lots of work ahead of me. I have a man cave that needs to be set up first lol

The parts gig was ok and could have done well but the owner had a flawed plan. My side work will keep me busy tel i find something...I make more money doing that anyways.
