I should have the Diamond in for the jambo. Tire carrier will be done. Interior may not be and the paint work is questionable for now. I may get lucky and have some stock SR5 panels in so the interior doesn't look like its empty

Got the 3rd out of the rear tonight and the spring perches and shock tabs tacked in place. While the 3rd is getting gears i need to get the brake lines bent, the tabs welded on to hold those and the rest finish welded. I'm also shaving the drain plug. The diamond getting here this week will let me spray the axles...Thinking about shooting them with a gun this time. I want em to be glossy as hell for a while.

Axle is under it..Letting it sit a day or so to settle back out and check the caster.

I'm wrapping up some little stuff this weekend but waiting on a big brake kit to show up this week so i can drive it.


The best part is the guy i have wanted to do my interior called me to day to come check out the truck. im 99% sure hes going to do it.

Thanks! Yeah it freaked me out.Its not that messy now but still makes me uneasy. I just need to get it done and i will be scrubbing the floor and busting out the pressure washer. I may try grabbing a pop up before jambo so it will get messy again lol

I wonder the same thing. Before my truck hardly rubbed. It would flick the plastic fender liner at full stuff and turn. Now i have softer bumpstops and wider stance. My buddy did the same axles on his 95 and had to trim up front. My rear i think will be fine cause i cut the bed up and added the bumper.

I may drive her tonight! If my rotors and pads show up i should be good. I decided not to go white on the calipers again.




It looks much brighter in the pics. Its the same god as brembo uses on their calipers.


Here is the rear all ready to go other then brakes and i  Need to stick the driveshaft in and run the ebrake cables.

Ok didnt get much done today but its still progress.

Part of the reason i didnt get much done...A buddy of mine had his fuel filter brake on the trail. We had to run one up to him...While he was fixing it we decided to hike up to what was the trail head for boulder carnage. This was where we spent days on top of days wheeling when my truck was ifs. Stock could do it with some damage but everything could have fun..buggies included.

Here is my Girl standing in front of the start of the trail now over grown...It was closed a few days after Nate flopped my truck.
